underwhelming stay

helpful staffreversed tapsburn risk
the staff were helpful (i particularly appreciated their quick responses).
I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. The hot and cold taps in the main bathroom were reversed, and that created a serious burn risk.

there weren't tea or coffee facilities available in the room. i wanted a hot drink but i had to get dressed and go to the restaurant that opened at seven in the morning. the food was okay. breakfast was the best part but they did not have an egg station.

I was pleased with the room size. the separate lounge area was useful and had a fridge. the pools were nice. The active one had music, a separate kids' pool, and a quieter one at the top. the beach was a short walk away, though the gate access was one-way only.
